About Brandon Lyons Jr.

Hi, I’m Brandon Lyons, a student at Rider University studying Entrepreneurial Studies with a strong passion for architecture and design. While my coursework focuses on business and innovation, I’ve always found myself captivated by how spaces can shape the way people feel, move, and connect. That curiosity has led me to pursue a future in architecture, and I’m currently in the process of applying to transfer into an architecture program to formally begin that journey.

Architecture has fascinated me for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I spent countless hours sketching buildings, exploring construction sites, and imagining how design could blend beauty with purpose. Those experiences continue to influence the way I see design today.

I’m eager to learn from professionals in the field and gain real-world experience in any capacity. Whether it’s helping in the office, assisting with project documentation, or observing the creative process from concept to completion, I’m ready to contribute wherever I can. I’m a fast learner, a problem solver, and someone who finds motivation in being part of something larger than myself.

My goal is to build a foundation of experience that combines my entrepreneurial mindset with my love for architecture. I’m particularly interested in how thoughtful, sustainable design can strengthen communities and tell stories through space. I believe great design comes from collaboration, empathy, and a genuine understanding of the people who will inhabit it.

As I continue developing my skills, I’m looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and connect with mentors who can help guide me on this path. Every project, conversation, and experience is a chance to learn something new, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
